Stoney Creek Fishing and Hunting Club sits on Fort Smallwood Road in Pasadena, Maryland with facilities that cover everything from clay shooting to precision rifle work. The club maintains a dedicated clay trap range, 25-yard pistol range, long-range rifle range, and archery range—all accessible to members and the public during scheduled events.
Range hours: 9 AM to official sunset for rifle, pistol, and archery. Members require Range Certification displayed on a card when using ranges unsupervised.
All league events run rain or shine. Most are open to the public; some are members-only (marked on the calendar).

Application Process: 1. Apply at a club meeting (held 2nd and last Friday of each month at 8 PM) with a sponsor 2. Investigation Committee calls you in for an interview 3. Application scheduled for general membership vote (notice sent 1 week in advance) 4. Upon approval: receive Range Rules, By-Laws, membership card, and gate card ($10) 5. Complete range orientation with your sponsor 6. Pass Range Officer certification test 7. Receive picture range badge
Entrance uses the same road as the School Maintenance Facility. Drive straight back past stop signs (watch for golf carts), and look for the gun club sign on the left.
Stoney Creek schedules events throughout the year including: - Annual potluck dinners - 80th Anniversary celebration events - Monthly club meetings - Fishing reports and updates

The club enforces strict gun safety protocols: - Actions must be open and unloaded until shooter is on the firing line - Chambers loaded only when squad begins firing; muzzles downrange at all times - Actions closed only when previous shooter has fired and it's YOUR turn - No movement forward of the line until round is complete and all firearms are safe with actions open - Misfire/fail-to-fire ammunition must be removed from club premises—not left in buckets or trash - Ear and eye protection mandatory at all times during pistol league matches - Match Officer commands followed immediately; failure to obey "Cease Fire" is a serious infraction
Range Certification required for unsupervised member access.
