Full description and what we offer
Barracks 616 operates a 12-lane indoor shooting range at 25 yards in Grand Rapids, featuring Action Target's Total Containment Trap™ (TCT)—the industry standard for modern heavy-duty steel bullet traps. This matters because the TCT design eliminates the weaknesses of older trap systems: splatter is virtually eliminated, ricochet is prevented even at close distances, and lead dust gets collected into sealable containers instead of floating around.
The facility uses a negative pressure dust collection unit (DCU) with OSHA-approved filtration that continuously removes fine airborne particles. They run 8 full-time public lanes and 4 private lanes for classes, events, and overflow.
