Meeker Sportsman's Club

The Meeker Sportsman's Club provides a safe, well-maintained shooting and archery range open to the public. Operating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the club focuses on promoting firearm safety, shooting sports, and outdoor community in Meeker, Colorado.

The club hosts public events throughout the year, most requiring no membership:

• •Hunter Sight-In Days (October-November) - Zero your rifle before hunting season with club member assistance
• •Kenny Johnson Memorial Turkey Shoot - Annual pre-Thanksgiving competition with prizes
• •Jim Harmon Memorial Muzzleloader Fun Shoot - Spring event for black powder enthusiasts
• •Archery Shoots & Tournaments - Year-round competitions including winter indoor shoots (Wednesday evenings at the 4-H building)
• •NRL22 League - .22 rifle competitions
• •Bowling Pin Pistol League - Pistol-specific events
• •Run N' Gun Fun Shoot - Dynamic shooting activities
• •Jon Wangnild Fun Shoot - Community competition
• •Annual Raffle - $10 tickets available at club meetings and Backcountry Outpost
