Cornhusker State Games Host: Weeping Water Gun Club is home to the annual Cornhusker State Games shooting events, including the prestigious Governors' Ten centerfire pistol match held in July.
The club offers a structured pistol clinic (usually late May or early June) running Saturday afternoons 12:30-5:30 PM. The program includes:

Nebraska's elite pistol competition, fired as part of the Cornhusker State Games in July. The match features two disciplines:
Precision: Six series of five shots in up to six minutes, one-handed at a bullseye target.
Duel: Six series of five shots at a turning target that faces for three seconds, edges for seven, then faces again—one shot only as each target faces.
Equipment options: .38 revolver, 9mm, or .32 pistol. Top ten marksmen receive a patch, pin, and certificate signed by the Governor.

New member orientation meetings are scheduled approximately once monthly (second or third week) at 6:30 PM. Prospective members must RSVP via email by the previous Wednesday to confirm the meeting will be held.
