Chesterfield Fish & Game Club

Chesterfield Fish & Game Club has been operating since 1969 on 150 acres of Adirondack forest in Clintonville, NY. With over 250 active members, the club maintains a full range of facilities for pistol, rifle, shotgun, and archery disciplines.

Indoor: - Heated pistol and archery range with 10 lighted, ventilated lanes - Bathroom, AED, trauma kit, and phones

Outdoor: - Covered 75-yard shooting shed for pistol and rifle - Black powder and slug range with established targets and positions - Dedicated skeet range - 21-station 3D archery course (club is an Explore Archery Club affiliated with USA Archery) - Permanent rifle distances at 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, and 300 yards—flat range to 100 yards, then berm with rising incline

Chesterfield Practical Shooting runs USPSA matches year-round. Indoor matches cost $6 for members/$10 non-members. Outdoor matches run $10 members/$15 non-members, with coffee and pastries at 8:30 AM sign-in, safety briefing at 9:00 AM, and lunch served after. Classifiers, 3-gun, shotgun, and BUG side matches rotate through the schedule.

All ranges operate as cold ranges. Factory lead-free ammo only on the indoor range (no reloads). Serpa retention holsters are banned. All shooters must bag/box weapons entering or leaving.

Annual membership covers individual or family. Once approved, you get a membership card with gate combination. Membership includes calendar access, match registration, and discounted match fees.

The club maintains strict safety standards with certified safety officers managing all matches and a mentorship program for those interested in SO certification.
