Bo's Gun Shop operates from 2305 Main Street Extension in Elizabeth City, NC—a home-based gunsmith shop specializing in precision work that larger dealers won't touch. - •Stoeger Coach Shotgun - $350 (parts + labor). Heavy service stainless steel firing pins, polished internals, automatic safety disengaged, polished chambers and barrel locking mechanism for crisp drop-open action.
- •Other CAS firearms - Similar pricing for Colt, Uberti, Pietta, Taylor, Heritage, Remington, etc.

- •Appointment only. Call to schedule. No walk-ins.
- •Payment: Cash, money order, certified check, or Navy Federal Credit Union direct transfer only. No personal checks, no credit cards.
- •Loaded firearm fee: $50 penalty if you bring in a gun with a round in the chamber or magazine. Call ahead if you have a stuck round.
- •Safety checks are non-negotiable. Bo will not allow ANY firearm to leave the shop with safeties (internal or manual) that don't function. You pay for correcting defective safeties.
- •30-day pickup policy: Repairs must be picked up within 30 days of completion or the firearm becomes shop property. Storage fees apply: $5 for first 30 days on repaired guns, then $15 per 30 days.
- •Limited firearm sales: County zoning prevents retail sales from his home. If you want to purchase a firearm, you'll make an appointment, select your gun, then meet at Elizabeth City Pawn for the background check and transfer ($50 fee—already deducted from Bo's prices).

- •Formal appraisal (with written report, notarized if needed): $60/hour

Leaving town on Main Street Extension, cross the railroad tracks and go about 1.5 miles. Bo's place is the first house on the left past the Ruritan's Club. Follow the sidewalk to the left of the garage door to access the gun shop entrance at the back.
Bo is a retired gunsmith who works because he loves it and loves meeting people. He's not trying to maximize turnover or stock a megastore. He has the tools, the knowledge, and the patience to do work right. If you need a trigger job that won't fail on a hunting trip, a Cowboy Action gun dialed in perfectly, or a firearm restored to working order, this is the guy.
