1. Ship from another FFL to Elite Firearms at 2620 Centennial Rd Unit L, Toledo, OH 43617 2. Transfer fees: $40 per firearm, $100 per NFA item 3. Bring valid government-issued photo ID with correct address 4. Complete ATF Form 4473 in person for background check 5. Pick up within 30 days or the firearm becomes abandoned property

What transfers require: - Full name and contact information on the firearm shipment - Serialized firearm (required) - Shipped from valid FFL dealer - Receiver by original purchaser only
