Lee Ellisor started like a lot of shooters—tinkering with guns since childhood, hunting in the South, then graduating to action movies and YouTube training videos. After watching Keanu Reeves tactical drills, he got serious. He traveled out of state for advanced training from recognized instructors, then realized his friends wanted that same knowledge. Rather than keep it to himself, he got certified in gunsmithing and firearms appraisal, and opened Small Arms Tactical in 2021.

Small Arms Tactical handles incoming and outgoing transfers—you can have guns shipped to them from any FFL and they'll process the 4473 background check. They'll also ship your firearms to another FFL if you're buying or selling.
