Golden Triangle Gun Club

Golden Triangle Gun Club is a private members-only facility located at 7546 Erie Street in Beaumont, Texas, 2 miles off U.S. Highway 69/96/287. The club operates with a straightforward mission: "Safety First, Last, and Always."

The facility features ten separate shooting ranges that allow simultaneous use across all courses:

The club is not open to the general public—membership is required to use the ranges. However, non-members can participate in sanctioned competitions and approved events.

Membership Requirements: - Must be 18 years or older - U.S. Citizen - Either have a club member sponsor OR a State-issued License to Carry (LTC) permit - Attend mandatory Range Safety Orientation (approximately 1.5 hours, held first Monday of each month at 5:30 PM)

Golden Triangle runs regular competitive matches throughout the year:

• •IDPA Matches – Action pistol competitions
• •F-Class Mid-Range Matches – NRA-sanctioned 600-yard precision rifle competition
• •Details: 20 shots for record at 600 yards, prone position, 22-minute time limit, electronic targets with instant feedback, 2-4 relays (60 total shots). $20 adults / $10 juniors.
• •Fourth Saturday Steel Matches – Monthly rimfire and centerfire action shooting
• •Format: 4-5 stages with 5-7 static/reactive steel targets, 3-5 strings per stage, maximum 11 shots per string. No movement required. $15 entry fee. Runs 9:00 AM start (8:00 AM setup).
• •CAT 5 Multigun Matches – Competitive multigun events with themed scenarios
• •High-Power Rifle Matches – CMP and NRA sanctioned competitions

• •4-H Youth Shooting Sports – Competitive shooting instruction for young shooters
• •Junior High Power Rifle – Age-appropriate rifle marksmanship training
• •RSO Certification – Members can train to become Range Safety Officers
• •Approved Instructors – Club maintains roster of certified firearm instructors

• •Air-conditioned/heated Activities Center with two classrooms (available to approved members/instructors for training)
• •Clean men's and women's restrooms (climate controlled)
• •High-definition security cameras throughout facility
• •Gate access via membership card and code system
• •Professional Range Safety Officers on duty (identified by bright orange vests)

Firing lines are marked with 4-inch RED lines painted on concrete or RED signs reading "FIRING LINE." Safety lines (YELLOW 4-inch lines) are positioned several feet behind firing lines. Standard cold-range procedures apply:

• •Firearms unloaded with actions open when people are downrange
• •"Line is Hot" and "Line is Cold" commands control range status
• •All members must obey Range Safety Officer instructions immediately
• •Violations can result in immediate ejection and membership loss
