Located near San Antonio in Uvalde, Texas (1946 Private Road 2485). The property has a remarkable history:

• •Prehistoric: Museum-quality T-Rex tracks embedded in old riverbeds

• •Civil War: Historic guano cave used by Confederacy for gunpowder production; rediscovered in 2013
