Vulcan Machine Werks handles precision gunsmithing and custom modifications across a wide range of pistols and rifles. As an Advanced Cerakote Certified Shop, they specialize in high-end coatings, optic cuts, performance upgrades, and complete custom builds.
Vulcan's core services break down into three categories:
Coatings & Finishes - Cerakote (thin film ceramic) in solid colors, patterns, custom themes, laser ablation, and splatter finishes - PVD coatings including DLC, TiN (Titanium Nitride), Chromium Nitride, and Bronze - Phantom Camo ($1,500 service) - Pricing: $125 for single-part solid color work up to $700 for full AR upper/lower/forend pattern finishes
Optic Cuts & Mounting - Holosun, Trijicon, and manufacturer-specific optic mounts for multiple platforms - Staccato 2011 optics package (RMR footprint only) - $400 - Direct mill cuts for Staccato P models, Glock, SIG Sauer, Smith & Wesson M&P, CZ, H&K USP and MK23 - 24-hour response time for custom optic combinations not in current inventory
Performance & Aesthetic Modifications - Trigger work and custom trigger groups (Vulcan V-Spec Trigger - $75) - Grip modules and grips - Slide cuts and serrations - Porting modifications - Laser marking and ablation - Hammer upgrades (Square Hammer - $75)

These drops sell out and require advance knowledge of release dates.

Vulcan operates by appointment only. Most products ship same-day, while custom services may take 2-3 business days. All orders ship Monday through Friday.
