Location details and information
East Texas Rifle & Pistol Club operates as a private NRA-affiliated shooting range in Longview, built around a core principle: different shooting disciplines need different setups. Rather than forcing everyone onto generic ranges, ETRPC designed 13 separate ranges, each configured for specific uses.
Long-range rifle: Ranges 1-3 handle 100–344 yards with steel targets at distance. Range 1 extends to 300 yards for serious rifle work.
Pistol-focused: Ranges 5 and 6 dedicated to handguns only, with Range 5 as a steel bay (no magnum loads). Ranges 4, 8, 9, 10, and 11 allow pistols in appropriate configurations.
Shotgun: Range 12 handles shotguns without slugs (aerial targets only, sizes 7½, 8, and 9). Range 7 allows rifles and shotguns with slugs.
Short-range work: Ranges 9, 10, and 11 provide 10–25 yard setups.
| Category | Annual Cost | Notes |
