Founded in 1947, River Falls Sportsmen's Club operates as a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit organization open to members 365 days a year. The club welcomes shooters without concern for race, creed, gender, or religious belief—and actively encourages women and young people to join.
Trap League Programs - Winter trap league (January–March): Sundays 11 AM–3 PM - Summer trap league (April–September): Tuesdays & Wednesdays 5–9 PM, plus Sundays 11 AM–3 PM - 16-yard trap with handicap scoring system - Competitive 10-club Indianhead League with 5 shoots per season
Dedicated Range Time - 200-yard rifle range with preference blocks for dedicated shooting - Open shooting hours: 9 AM–8 PM daily
New members require a sponsor who is current in good standing. Applications are available on the website and reviewed at board meetings held the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM. Current members can renew during trap league hours or at monthly board meetings.
The club actively recruits new shooters and maintains scholarship programs for students—check the website for current application details.
Members participate in seasonal cleanup days and volunteer opportunities that count toward yearly service hours. The club publishes monthly newsletters and maintains an active calendar of special events and competitions.
Board meetings second Monday each month at 6:30 PM—new members always first order of business.
