Full description and what we offer
Morris Levin & Son Firearms and Custom Shop takes the Second Amendment seriously. Located in Tulare County, they stock one of the strongest firearm selections in the region—new inventory, pre-owned stock that's been inspected and vetted, and the parts you need to build your own.
Handgun selection includes Glocks (20, 21, 22, 29), Sig Sauer (P320, P365, P320X), Springfield Armory (Hellcat, XDM ELITE, 1911 EMP), Beretta, Kimber, and California-compliant options throughout. Long guns range from AR-15s (M+P Sport II, Springfield Saint) to hunting rifles (Tikka T3X, Savage 10/110, Ruger American Ranch) and shotguns (Black Aces Pro, Typhoon F12, Mossberg Patriot). They also stock optics from NEBO, XS Sights, and UpLULU.
MLS Customs is their in-house operation. Certified Cerakote® applicators, they handle everything from single-color finishes to multi-tone camo patterns with laser engraving. Cerakote protects against corrosion, reduces the need for gun lubricant, and resists dirt and dust buildup—especially useful in humid conditions or coastal areas.
Services include: - Custom rifle and pistol coatings - Laser engraving and branding - Camo and tactical designs - Matching accessories (mags, optics)
Their full-time gunsmith handles: - Firearm repair and restoration - Custom fitting and modifications - Recoil pad installation - Trigger work and action tuning - Safety inspections and cleaning - Bore-sighting and scope mounting
Full-service custom shop with stock-to-compensator components for AR builds. They maintain California-compliant parts and modifications to keep builds legal and off the Assault Weapon Registry. Layaway financing available in-store.
Buy used firearms or sell through their consignment service—transparent process with inspected, ready-to-go inventory regularly rotating through.
CCW training conforms to 2021 California DOJ and Tulare County requirements: 4 hours classroom + 4 hours practical qualification. Renewals require 2 hours classroom + 2 hours qualification. Spanish-language courses available.
Carry Blue Label Glocks, Springfield Armory, Smith & Wesson, and Sig Sauer models for law enforcement. Special orders welcome.
