5 Stand combines the best elements of trap, skeet, and sporting clays into one dynamic clay shooting game. Pathfinder's course uses five stations with six clay traps, presenting shooters with different bird sequences at each stand.
Each station features a menu card showing the trap combinations you'll face. Shooters engage 5 targets per station (3 singles + 1 pair), then rotate to the next stand. A complete game is 25 birds total.
With full gun rules allowing 2 shells per single target, you can fire up to 40 shells per round—bring enough ammunition to the line.
| Trap | Bird Type |
|---|---|
| 1 | Flush (overhead, away) |
| 2 | Skeet high house |
| 3 | Springing teal |
| 4 | Rabbit |
| 5 | Incoming (toward shooter) |
| 6 | Skeet low house |
Pathfinder typically runs NSCA Level 2 format. Perfect for shooters wanting variety without the full sporting clays commitment.
