Location details and information
Pine Tree Rifle Club was organized in spring 1937, starting with meetings at member homes before leasing land for a 100-yard range and trap shooting in 1938. The clubhouse went up that fall and winter. In 1942, they bought the full 30-acre property outright—the same grounds they operate today.
Since the 1940s, the club has maintained two main rifle ranges, added a 25-yard range near the clubhouse, and developed dedicated pistol and shotgun areas. They've got bench rests, proper target frames, parking for shooters who drive straight to the line, and a scenic backdrop of pine trees and woods.

Beyond the ranges, Pine Tree focuses on fish and game propagation, reforestation, forest fire prevention, and sound conservation measures. Youth members get instruction in firearms safety and sportsmanship. The club supports 2nd Amendment rights and sound firearms legislation.

"It has to be for the good of the club and membership" — Club philosophy that has made Pine Tree "a financially sound and growing organization that is the envy of many rifle clubs in the area."
