The JOAD program gives young archers and adults the chance to learn safely, earn USA Archery achievement awards, and compete against others their age. Nationally, JOAD clubs have consistently fed athletes to the US Olympic Archery Teams—many recent Olympic team members started in JOAD.
Coaching Staff: Trosper features experienced coaches including Sid Reed, Chuck Morgan, Joe & Stacy Goodwin, and others.
Achievement Competitions: Scored shoots held monthly (typically first Saturday) where archers can earn USA Archery achievement rankings. You don't have to be a club member to shoot for achievements, but you must be a USA Archery member.
Beginning archers are always welcome—no prior experience needed. Drop in for part or all of the JOAD sessions.
Officers rotate on 2-year cycles.
Trosper Archery has hosted USA Archery Oklahoma state and national championships, drawing archers from across the region. The club's youth have earned competitive results at state and national levels.
