If anything's wrong with your firearm when you inspect it at pickup, don't accept the transfer—Rifle Supply covers return shipping at their expense and provides a replacement or refund. Once you accept the transfer, warranty service goes directly through the manufacturer, not Rifle Supply.

"We will hold all firearm transfers and purchases for up to 6 months. If a firearm is still in our possession past 6 months, it will be considered 'abandoned' and under the ownership of Rifle Supply."
