Here's how it works: - 20% deposit upfront (price + tax) - If the distributor has stock: expect delivery in 5-14 days - If it's backordered: you go on a list and they contact you when it arrives - Full refund available if you cancel before they confirm the item is in transit - If it ships and you cancel: 20% restocking fee applies
