No Sales Tax Outside Vermont — This is the biggest difference from GunBroker and other online dealers. Shawn shows both a cash/check price AND a credit card price on every item. For a $4,000 rifle, the tax savings alone can be $200-400.

Shipping: - USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage standard - UPS overnight available (required for handguns to non-dealers) - Separate cash and credit card shipping prices - Insurance available
- •Consignments — 25% consignment fee (standard industry rate is 25-40%). Includes detailed cleaning, research, professional photography, all packing/shipping, and seller fees except GunBroker final value fees. Shawn handles all the work.
- •Direct Sales to Dogface — No collection too small or large. Shawn will travel within New England (or farther for substantial collections) to pick up firearms. Higher-condition items preferred.
- •Trades — Accepts trades, primarily C&R and antique firearms. Won't overpay on new firearms.
- •Item Searches — Can't find that specific rifle you've wanted since childhood? $100 non-refundable deposit to start searching. If found and purchased, deposit comes off the price.

- •3-Day Inspection Period — Non-firing inspection window after delivery. Shawn only takes items back if grossly misrepresented. Scratches, buyer's remorse, or transit damage without insurance = no return.

- •Ammunition Shipping — Restricted in several states. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories unavailable. California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and DC have specific license requirements. All ammo requires adult signature (21+) on delivery.
$50 transfer fee for firearms shipped from other dealers to Dogface. Requires copy of dealer's FFL or C&R license. Handguns must be shipped UPS overnight to C&R holders—USPS not allowed per regulations.
