Richmond Rod & Gun Club

Richmond Rod & Gun Club is one of California's most established shooting facilities, founded in 1934 and operating continuously for nearly 90 years. This members-only club provides comprehensive shooting opportunities for recreational and competitive shooters of all skill levels.

The club features multiple specialized ranges:

• •Rifle & Pistol Range - Multiple distance stations including 25-yard lines with 18 pistol lanes and 2 shotgun lanes, 100-yard centerfire rifle positions, and 200-yard competition ranges
• •Skeet & Trap Range - Four skeet fields and one trap field, utilizing non-toxic ammunition over the bay
• •Action Range - Dedicated facility for USPSA, IDPA, Multigun, and Steel Challenge competitions

Members can participate in:

• •As of July 1, 2023, membership is required to shoot at the facility. The club offers Associate and Regular membership levels. Associate Members can use ranges during designated hours and purchase ammunition. Regular Members receive full facility access, voting rights, clubhouse and bar privileges, and the opportunity to become Range Officers.

The club includes a clubhouse with bar facilities, providing a complete social and recreational experience for members beyond shooting activities.
