Chipley Gun & Pawn has operated for over 40 years in Washington County. Originally located next to the Vance Theater, the shop moved to 1363 Railroad Avenue in 1993, and relocated in August 2006 to its current location at 1222 Jackson Avenue (Highway 90) in the old Wells FRM Feed Store. The expanded facility provides larger storefront space, expanded storage, and convenient parking for customers throughout northwest Florida.

David Corbin, owner since 1994, handles day-to-day operations. He and his mother Zena built the business on a reputation for down-home southern hospitality and genuine customer relationships. Regular customers often spend time discussing hunting and fishing spots with David—these have become cherished friendships over decades.

Chipley Gun & Pawn operates as a licensed FFL dealer serving Florida residents and out-of-state buyers. They stock:

When items aren't reclaimed after the holding period, they become shop inventory. All transactions are documented with photo ID and thumbprint, and lists are provided to local law enforcement per Florida law.
