South East Idaho Practical Shooters

Southeast Idaho Practical Shooters, Inc. is a competitive shooting club based in Idaho Falls dedicated to promoting safe, responsible firearms use and competitive shooting sports. SEIPS provides a welcoming community for shooters of all skill levels interested in practical pistol, rifle, and cowboy action shooting disciplines.

SEIPS hosts matches and leagues across multiple competitive shooting organizations:

• •USPSA (United States Practical Shooting Association) - Dynamic pistol competitions held in Winter League format and throughout the year
• •IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association) - Defensive-focused pistol matches
• •Cowboy Action Shooting (CAS/SASS) - Wild West-style competitions hosted by the Eagle Rock Regulators, the club's CAS division
• •ICORE (International Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts) - Revolver-specific matches
• •Steel Challenge - Fast-paced steel target shooting
• •.22 Precision and Rimfire Challenges - Rimfire rifle and pistol competitions
• •Carbine and Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) Matches - Rifle-based competitions
• •Plate Racks and Defensive Pistol - Specialty events

SEIPS operates as a membership-based club. New shooters are welcome and can get started by attending matches. Prospective members must:

• •Attend and shoot four matches
• •Complete new member orientation and validation requirements
• •Submit a membership application
• •Be voted on by existing members

Once admitted, members must shoot a minimum of four matches annually or perform equivalent club service to maintain membership.

SEIPS is committed to promoting competitive shooting sports, advancing Second Amendment rights, and developing shooters who exemplify self-control, honor, integrity, and sportsmanship. The club is affiliated with major shooting sports organizations including USPSA, SASS, IDPA, ICORE, and SCSA.
