Del Norte Gun Club is the only facility of its kind in Central New Mexico—and they mean that literally. On their 700-acre property, you'll find:
- •Rifle ranges up to 1,000 yards with 100-300 yard benches
- •Pistol berms for handgun work
- •Shotgun and sporting clays facility
- •3-Gun stages
- •Archery range
Membership opens access to the entire facility plus monthly safety orientation classes that walk new shooters through range fundamentals. The club also runs camper hookups if you want to make a weekend of it—which makes sense given the size of the place.
Del Norte hosts everything from half-day matches to multi-day tournaments and Precision Rifle Series events. You'll see USPSA, IDPA, and 3-Gun matches running throughout the year.
Del Norte is located in Rio Rancho, approximately 30 minutes west of I-25—easy access from the Albuquerque area without being in the middle of it.
