01 // OVERVIEW
Location details and information
Pitt County Wildlife Club operates five distinct shooting ranges accommodating trap, Garand, rifle, pistol, and archery. Whether you're into competitive pistol, traditional rifle shooting, or bow hunting preparation, the facility has the setup for it.
PCWC is a private, members-only organization. Annual membership dues are $300 (vouchers worth $25 each can reduce this, up to 4 vouchers per renewal). Non-members can visit as guests when accompanied by a current member and registered with the club.
Membership renewals are due by October 31st each year. Joint memberships available—joint members don't pay dues but must complete renewal paperwork.
While the range itself is members-only, PCWC hosts several events open to the public:
"PCWC is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to the conservation and propagation of the fish, game and wildlife of North Carolina and to the shooting sports throughout the United States."
As a nonprofit, PCWC maintains formal bylaws and constitution. The club publishes monthly newsletters, maintains an active events calendar, and documents match scores for competitive shooters. Registration is required for all public events.
