LoneStar Handgun operates a sprawling outdoor range facility at 2 Amendment Way in Converse, Texas. This isn't a cramped indoor box—the property gives you room to actually shoot at distance and move around without feeling boxed in.

Pistol & Rifle Ranges - 50 covered pistol stalls with reactive steel targets at 15 and 30 yards - 25 rifle positions with steel at 100, 200, and 300 yards (rifles up to .300 WinMag) - 10 zero bays with paper targets at 25, 50, and 100 yards - Bring your own targets or buy onsite

Private Bays - Five XL bays for $31.50/hr (members) or $35/hr (non-members) - Six 7-yard bays for $15/hr (members) or $7.50/hr (non-members) - Steel Challenge bay for pistol-caliber work at $36/hr (members) or $40/hr (non-members) - All allow rifles, pistols, and shotguns with movement drills

Sporting Clays Course - 10-station automated course spread over 17 acres - ProMatic key card throwers let you run singles, pairs, or following pairs on demand - Course changes every few weeks - Expect 50-100 clays per round - Golf carts available: $27 members / $30 non-members

Archery - Bullseye targets at 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 80 yards - Field points only, rental recurve bows available

LoneStar handles standard firearm transfers and Class 3 NFA items using digital 4473 software.

Standard Transfers - $30 (Texas LTC holders) / $40 (non-LTC) - $20 additional for pickups outside scheduled transfer times - Process 30-day storage, then $1.70/day fee - Valid Texas DL/ID with current address required - Military: Valid out-of-state DL + military ID + PCS orders - Contact: [email protected]

NFA Transfers - Uses Silencer Shop for eForm 4 processing - 30 days to initiate Form 4, no fee until after tax stamp approval - Rent and shoot your NFA item on the range while waiting for approval - You can't take it home until tax stamp arrives
