Delaware County Field & Stream Association was founded in 1939 to promote conservation, hunting, and fishing. Today the club operates as one of Eastern Pennsylvania's most comprehensive shooting sports venues, with over 4,000 members enjoying 10 distinct shooting ranges across 65 acres in Brookhaven.
The club maintains dedicated ranges for every major shooting discipline:

The club operates 364 days per year, weather permitting. Good Friday is reserved as a work party day. All closures due to weather are communicated via email to members.

New members joining mid-year get prorated dues. Join in July and pay one price through December 2027. Renewal late fee: $40 if not submitted by December 31.
The Table Trap Range is specifically designed for beginner shotgun shooters and young hunters. The range operates 8 table-top manual clay machines with color-coded springs:
Shooters can try single birds or load two shells for increased challenge. The range requires a two-person operation (one shooter, one puller). Basic equipment needed:
Table Trap specific rules prohibit pistol-grip shotguns (unless equipped with full shoulder stock), release triggers, and Damascus/twist barrels. Only target loads permitted—no hunting or magnum loads. Sessions limited to 30 minutes per group or 50 shots per person if others are waiting.
The club runs multiple flagship programs annually:

Applications require:
1. Current photo ID with address + driver's license copy 2. $40 non-refundable application fee 3. Complete police record (full history including DUI, ARD, expungements) 4. Three endorsement signatures (two current members + one club officer) 5. Two mandatory orientation classes: general orientation + pistol-range specific training 6. Office staff must witness application completion and signing
Applications reviewed by Executive Committee (4th Wednesday each month). Approved applicants get 60-day temporary card after general orientation; permanent card after completing both orientations. Applicants expire 60 days after approval if orientation not completed.
The club operates a full-service snack bar serving burgers, hot dogs, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, drinks, and snacks with rotating weekly specials. Contact the club directly for current menu.
