Reference, Research & Educational Content
The BGC editorial team produces the platform’s reference library, state law guides, and educational content. Every article starts with primary sources — statutes, ATF records, manufacturer specifications, auction archives — not secondhand summaries or forum threads.
“If we can’t cite it, we don’t publish it. The firearms community has enough opinion dressed up as fact.”
The team covers the full spectrum: firearms profiles built from manufacturer records and collector databases, state-by-state gun law breakdowns that link directly to official statute text, practical guides for new and experienced shooters, and deep reference material on topics like C&R licensing, NFA compliance, and competitive shooting disciplines.
Content isn’t published on a calendar and forgotten. Evergreen articles are reviewed when their source material changes — new legislative sessions, ATF rule updates, manufacturer product changes. The goal is a reference library that stays accurate, not one that just stays large.
